A progressive physical collection for a forward-thinking digital brand.
A refurbishment project across floors, restaurant and broader hospitality, the brief was to devise and deliver a collection that embodied the organisation’s forward thinking motto: ‘go left when everyone is going right.’
The collection was first mapped through a digital presentation, followed by onsite presentations as part of an ‘Innovation Workshop’. This was a fantastic platform for chefs to showcase ideas for their proposed menus. Bespoke interventions included a specially-designed silicone lid.
