A full new build in the centre of Paris, the GC project encompassed two restaurants, a brasserie, a lounge service offer and a fine dining venue, as well as general hospitality across all floors. The brief was to work with both the building owners, interior design team and BaxterStorey to create a look and feel that would align with numerous different clients whilst delivering a creative catering offer that would equally appeal to all.

The project spanned six months and, although COVID prevented the full offer being delivered within the building, currently the site is operating at above predicted levels – seen as the benchmark in the contract catering sector as to how caterers can present food in a more contemporary way and deliver positive bottom line results.
