An original proposition for fresh food service.
With an eye to an increasingly experiential offer, we worked with Marks & Spencer to develop an elevated fresh deli concept. The goal was both to deliver a superior customer interaction and drive increased spend per head – with an emphasis on an appealing display and efficient design.
Working within clear time and budget restrictions, we became part of a cross-functional team (including the in-house food team and other external stakeholders), and beyond supporting roll-out continued to assume responsibility for purchasing management and operational support post-launch.
